1. Agreement

By downloading or using Skinic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not medical advice

Skinic is a wellness tool. Its scores and routine suggestions are informational and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified clinician about skin concerns.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores' billing and refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, uploading images of people who have not consented, or using Skinic to make clinical decisions about others without professional judgement.

6. Intellectual property

Skinic, its models, design and content are owned by Skinic Labs. You keep ownership of the images and content you create.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinic Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
